My scheduled appointment was at 07:30 and I arrived prior to my appointment. Despite have a scheduled appointment my vehicle remained parked where I left it in the parking lot for 45 minutes before it was brought into the shop. The car service was finally completed at 09:30, two hours after the original scheduled appointment. When I explained my frustration with the service department they then made excuses telling me there were other vehicles being serviced. Obviously I did not appreciate being lied to and fed nothing more than excuses as I was the first appointment of the day and when I explained that to the service department I was then told it was a vehicle that was being finished up from the day before, again nothing more than excuses for a failure on the service department’s end. I explained to him that regardless it was bad business and a failure on the service department’s end, in which he replied that there was no way for him to know a month before I made my appointment.

I had an issue with my radio/Apple play screen. They ran an update. Now Siri doesn’t work. It always says there is an error.

Overturf did ok. VW is a scam - they say 2 years of maintenance included in the purchase of a new car but it is not MAINTENANCE - it is 2 oil changes actual cost for them around $50. After one year I am done with my "free maintenance" VW is not a good car throwing this one away for a one year $10,000 loss and going back to Toyota a brand that can be trusted to last. I am sure the VW engine and trans and electrical systems will fail around 60,000 miles even with meticulous maintenance. BTW $175 for and oil change is ridiculous

Easy to work with and we didn’t feel forced or pushed to make a decision on the vehicle. Everyone we worked with and Overturf were polite and helpful. When we decided to buy the vehicle it was almost closing time but the staff stayed late to help us get into our new vehicle. We were very pleased at how the buying process went.
