The service was OK, but when the vehicle was returned to me, there was a grease or oil stain on the center console fabric that wasn’t there before.

The service was great, however when I purchased my new Atlas at a considerable cost, I was told my first service was free. It is my fault I guess for not reading g the fine print on the contract, but I didn’t. I had scheduled a service earlier in July but our Daughter in law is undergoing Chemotherapy in Portland and I had to cancel in order to watch our young grandkids. I was unaware that the 15 months had expired (by 19 days), so I had to pay $130. In addition, they couldn’t tell me if the Seat cover I purchased was going to cost $200 or $100 to install as the seat may have to be removed. It seems to me that the service techs should know given the make, model and she only seat cover that Volkswagen offers, that the coat would have been more accurate. It ended up costing $100 which was almost as much as the seat cover. Again, my fault for not being more specific as If they didn’t have to take the seat out, I certainly could have my son install the cover. Love and learn to be very specific, ask more questions and read the contract.! The positive was the recalls performed and the oil change didn’t take very long at all and they washed my Atlas which really needed it! So many thanks for that.! Also the young man who I talked to was vey respectful and kind.

I was told it would take one hour and half for my appointment with wash and it took two and half hours and canceled the wash. Whan asked when my car would be ready, I was told that they had some issues with previous vehicle and it would get in next that was two hour in after my time for my appointment. While I understand things get delayed it would have been nice if they would have informed me of the delay. Thus better communication.
