Buying a brand new vehicle sight unseen and from a VW dealership located 3100 miles away from home, can be a daunting experience. Not so with Overturf VW in Kennewick, Washington State. I have to say it has been one of the smoothest and most pleasant shopping experiences in recent memory. They had the vehicle I was looking for (Brand new 2023 VW Arteon SEL Premium) at the right price. Likely, one of the last remaining brand new Arteon SEL Premiums left in stock nationwide.

Robert took great care of me and my car, going above and beyond to address my concerns and make sure it was safe. I have a leaking moonroof, and felt like my car was full of water. Sure enough, it was, and they kept the car over the weekend with a dehumidifier to make sure it was as dry as it could get and preserve the electronics. Robert managed my expectations very well and was honest with me about the impact of the leak.
