It was easy to drop off the vehicle and I got updates throughout the process and a final text when it was done. Easy.

There was initial confusion as to why I brought the car in the first place. I was quite happy that they were able to also take care of the software update recall. However, the door handles on the passenger side were replaced in the wrong positions. (The front door handles with the sensor locator indentation was installed on the back door).

The young man at the service desk doesn’t seem to want to help. He’s not very friendly and just doesn’t want to provide much service. We feel like the technicians do a great job, but he’s who we see first and last when we service our car there. It doesn’t make me want to bring our car in there anymore.
