    I use every seat in my Volkswagen Atlas. In March the seatbelt broke on the middle bench seat on a car that is less than 3 years old. The earliest appointment available was in May. We have had to take multiple cars to get places since then. I live over an hour away from the dealership. Despite having an 830 am appointment I never received notification that my service was completed the day of the appointment. I had planned on picking my car up that evening after hours due to my work schedule, but because I never received notification it was completed, my children had to miss multiple days of preschool. I had to reach out to see if the work was complete and was told they had to order the part, it should be in the next week would I like to leave my car? Again, I need my car to transport my family, so no, I cannot leave it days for no reason. (No loaner car was offered). I get a text message the following week stating the part is in and they can get me back in 3 weeks or later. If I have an appointment, I should not have to wait almost a month for the work to be completed if the part is obtained within a few days. I will never buy another Volkswagen. From the time I made the appointment to the time I will have the work completed will be almost 3 months. An entire quarter of a year. That is an unacceptable time frame.
